We utilize 10mm veneer ply for the form pieces and structural elements of the LED Bar frame.

For heat dissipating reasons the LED strip light is housed in a aluminium channel. This effectively dissipates majority of the heat created from the LED's. Increasing the longevity of the LED's.

The cable has a clear PVC coating and wire mesh on the inside, housing a 2 core cable.

Brown cable wire = Positive

Blue cable wire = Negative

Cable locks are used to lock the two cables into the LED light bar. The housing enclosure or steel bracket have adjustable cable locks.
